Parking Resolution
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to O.R.C. Section 505.17 and O.R.C. Chapter 4521 and Section 4521.02 (A), The Board of Trustees of Montville Township, Medina County, Ohio hereby adopts the attached noncriminal parking infraction violations which shall not be considered a criminal offense and for which no person shall be arrested for a violation or with parking infraction being defined as any violation of this resolution. read the complete Parking Resolution.
Junk Vehicle Resolution
WHEREAS Ohio Revised Code 505.173 authorizes a board of township trustees to adopt resolutions as the board considers necessary to regulate the storage of junk motor vehicles on private or public property within the unincorporated area of the township; and

Be it Resolved by the Board of Township Trustees of Montville Township, that
WHEREAS, the State of Ohio has granted township the authority to pass resolutions on the control of dogs, (ORC 955.221): and,

Marijuana – Medical and Adult Use
WHEREAS, R.C. 3796.29 permits a Board of Township Trustees to adopt a resolution to prohibit, or limit the number of, marijuana cultivators, processors, and dispensaries licensed within the unincorporated territory of the township; and WHEREAS, Montville Township wishes to prohibit the cultivation, processing, and retail sale of medical marijuana within the unincorporated territory of the township.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of Montville Township, Medina County, Ohio, two-thirds of all members elected thereto concurring that:
Section 1. The Trustees of Montville Township hereby prohibit licensing the cultivation, processing, and retail sale of medical marijuana within the unincorporated territory of the township pursuant to Subsection 3796.29 of the Ohio Revised Code: and read the complete Medical Marijuana Resolution.
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of Montville Township finds it to be in the best interest of Montville Township to prohibit adult use cannabis operators within the unincorporated area of Montville Township; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to its authority under Section 3780.25 of the Ohio Revised Code, Montville Township wishes to prohibit adult use cannabis operators within the unincorporated area of Montville Township; and read the complete Adult Use Resolution
Noise Resolution
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of Montville Township, Medina County, Ohio has determined the excessively loud noise from certain sound amplification devices and other sources in areas within Montville Township zoned for residential use, serve no public, purpose, and constitutes a nuisance and are detrimental to the public health, welfare, safety, and quality of life within Montville Township; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees has determined that excessive noise generated from premises to which a D Permit has been issued by the Division of Liquor Control, serves no public purpose, and constitutes a nuisance and is detrimental to the public health, welfare, safety, and quality of life within Montville Township; and read the complete Noise Resolution.
Transient Vendor Resolution
WHEREAS, the Montville Township Board of Trustees, Medina County, Ohio, in order to assure the health, safety and general welfare of it’s residents, is authorized pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 505.94 to require the registration of all transient vendors within the unincorporated territory of the Township, and may regulate the time, place and manner in which these vendors may sell, offer for sale, or solicit orders for future delivery of goods, establish a reasonable registration fee for said vendors, and; read the complete Transient Vendor Resolution
