Using This Form

Copies of Public Records will be released by designated personnel during record’s hours Monday – Friday 9am-4pm.  Requests during these times may be made by coming to Montville Police Department.

Records can be requested during Departments regular hours posted except on holidays or inadvertent days when the office is closed.

Charge will be as follows:
First 25 copies each month, plus applicable mailing fee
Black & White – No Charge;

Color – .10 per page
Twenty-six (26) or more copies each month, plus applicable mailing fee
Black & White – .05 per page; Color – .10 per page
USB Flash Drive – $5.00 plus mailing fee
 
If the records are readily available, they will be provided immediately.
If research and/or review are necessary, a written response and/or records will be provided in a reasonable period of time.

We ask that you supply your name, full address, email address, and/or fax number so that we can email or fax the records you request if you are not picking them up.  Also supply your daytime phone number in case we need to contact you for further information.  You will be contacted by telephone when the records are available for pick up.  Providing this information is NOT required. However, this will make it much easier to contact the requestor to verify what records are being requested and when the records are ready.
